Progress Drawings
We issue progress drawings and collaborate with other subconsultants to develop a cohesive, organized set of drawings for permit, tender, and construction.
Consultant and Client Meetings
We hold regular meetings with consultants and clients to understand the project’s needs and requirements.
Construction Administration and Site Reviews
Work closely with the contractor during the construction work to ensure work is completed in general conformance with the contract documents. Complete site reviews, respond to RFIs (Requests for Information), and issue changes as required to suit the project. Close out the permit with the city.

Project Management
Our project management team works closely with consultants to develop drawings from the beginning of the conceptual/schematic drawings to the final drawings for permit/construction.

Site Plan Approval
Coordinate with the city and develop site plan approval drawings to suit the site conditions and requirements of the respective jurisdiction.
Design Development and Construction Documents
Develop a full set of drawings to suit the requirements of the city, client, building code and standards. Drawings are coordinated between disciplines.
Tendering
Assist client in tendering the project, responding to RFI’s and provide recommendations on award.
